Step 2

Free bathroom refit consultation

Visiting one of our showrooms in Bury is your opportunity to get up close and personal with our products and suites, interact with the fixtures and fittings, and get to grips with essential features like textures, spacing, and use of colour. Understand the space you could be experiencing every single day. While you’re manifesting your ideal bathroom, you’ll have your personal bathroom specialist on hand to answer any questions that jump to mind.

As well as visiting us for a consultation, you can also contact us to book a FREE home consultation – we can send a team to your home at your convenience to measure up your bathroom space.

With accurate bathroom dimensions in mind and your choice of bathroom design, our bathroom specialists can then use CAD technology to create a 3D design of your new bathroom. Watch your project manifest as a 3D model before your eyes – ideal for spotting any problems or oversights ahead of time. Badly positioned cabinets or a too-small shower space, the 3D model will let you know!

Step 3

Ordering the design (free delivery)

After reviewing the 3D design and telling us you’re 100% happy with the intended outcome, we can start the heavy lifting. But by ‘we’, we mean us, not you – so don’t you worry – we’ll order and supply all of the bathroom products required for your project, so you don’t have to manage an inventory of fixtures and fittings.

As a cherry on an ever-growing cake, we’ll also make sure everything we need is safely and securely delivered right to your door completely free of charge.

We aim to eliminate any stress throughout the process so you can fully enjoy the next part of the process!

Step 4

Installation of your new bathroom

Our reputation and your trust in our work are of utmost importance to us. As such, we only work with the most reputable, experienced and reliable local tradesmen when we’re installing your new bathroom.

We uphold a longstanding professional relationship with our bathroom installation experts – not only do they arrive with tools to do the job, but they also arrive with an impeccable work ethic – bringing your dream bathroom to life with efficiency, mindfulness, and keen attention to detail.

Providing an exact time estimate on jobs can be difficult as every bathroom is different. As a general rule, you can expect an en-suite to take less time to install than a large wet room, and the average bathroom is estimated to take around 7-8 working days.

Regardless, our professional fitters will book in with you for a full two weeks to allow time to adapt to any unexpected issues that may arise during the installation and to allow them to do their due diligence.

Step 5

Bathroom aftercare

After your bathroom installation is complete, we want to help you keep it in top condition! We provide excellent aftercare services as standard to keep that realised dream pristine, with tips on cleaning, touch-up tips, and replacements if required. We’re always here to provide guidance and assistance to keep your dream bathroom looking prim from taps to tiles.
